Wrestling Coach

Aaron Navarrete grew up in Southern California where he started wrestling in 7th grade. While at Temecula Valley High School, Aaron was a multiple time California State Wrestling Championship qualifier and placed 4th his senior year, as well as a 2x Freestyle State Champion, a Greco State Champion and a Western Regional Freestyle Champion/Greco finalist.  After high school, Aaron received a scholarship to wrestle NCAA Division 1 at Cal State Fullerton where he wrestled for 4 years before graduating in 2010. During college, he placed in Freestyle and Greco at the Junior Fila Nationals and Greco University Nationals, qualifying for the Junior Fila world team trials where he placed 3rd. Aaron moved to TX in 2015 and settled in South Austin with his wife Desiree and son Mack.
